LA Player: IPTV & Home Media — Terms of Use

1. Parties and scope

These terms govern your use of the LA Player (formerly LA IPTV Streamer) mobile, TV and desktop apps (the "App") published by YCT Sağlık Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you accept these terms. If you obtained the App from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies; where they conflict, these terms apply to the extent the EULA allows.

2. The App is only a player

• You may use the App only to watch streams you are legally entitled to access.
• The legality of your provider, the copyright and licensing status of its content, and stream quality and availability are solely the responsibility of you and your provider.
• Using the App to access content that infringes copyright is prohibited.
• We are not a party to your relationship with your provider and are not responsible for payments, refunds or account issues with them.

3. Licence

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. You may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, rent or redistribute the App, except where mandatory law allows it.

4. Free version and LA Player Pro

• The free version shows ads (only at natural breaks, at most one interstitial every 15 minutes).
• LA Player Pro is a yearly auto-renewing subscription. Pro unlocks player features only: no ads, multiview, sync across devices, flight mode, home media (DLNA, WebDAV, SMB, FTP), follow and notifications, audio and subtitle matching. Pro does not sell access to any stream or content.
• The home media feature only plays files on servers in your own network that you are entitled to access; you alone are responsible for the legality of those files.
• Movies and episodes downloaded with flight mode are for personal, temporary use only: they stay inside the App, cannot be shared or exported and are deleted automatically when the retention period ends.
• The retention period starts when a download finishes and is 7 days by default. We may change this default, and our support team may set a different period for particular IPTV accounts. Our server tells the App the period that applies; if it changes, the new period applies to all downloads on the device, including existing ones (if it gets shorter, downloads already past the new period are deleted too).
• You may use flight mode only for content you are legally entitled to watch. Downloading copyrighted content without the rights holder's permission is prohibited. If your provider's terms do not allow downloading, do not use this feature. You confirm these rules in the App before your first download.
• Downloads come directly from the provider you entered; you alone are responsible for the legality of what you download and for complying with your provider's terms. YCT Sağlık Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. is not liable for any damage or claim arising from use of this feature in breach of the law or your provider's terms.
• The price is shown by the store in your local currency on the purchase screen (19.99 USD per year in the United States).
• New subscribers may be offered a 7-day free trial. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription is charged.
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage and cancel the subscription in your store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Refunds are subject to the store's (Apple / Google) refund policies and are requested through the store.
• Use Restore Purchases in the App to move your purchase to a new device.
• A phone with active Pro can share its Pro from the App with up to 3 TVs or computers. Shared Pro is limited to the phone's Pro period and at most 1 year, and cannot be passed on from the receiving device.
• Our support team may, at its discretion, grant Pro to a device for a limited or unlimited time (for example as a gift or to make up for a problem); such a grant is not a store subscription and may be revoked.

5. Your obligations

You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential. You may not use the App unlawfully, in a way that infringes the rights of others, or in a way that disrupts the App or our servers.

6. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that third-party providers' streams will be uninterrupted, error-free or of a particular quality. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or damages arising from third-party content. Your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

7. Intellectual property

The App's name, logo, design and software belong to us. Channel names, logos and posters shown in the App belong to their respective owners and come from your provider.

8. Copyright notices

Because the App hosts no content, copyright complaints should be addressed to the relevant provider. If you believe the App itself infringes your rights, write to [email protected].

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the current version is published on this page and significant changes are announced in the App. Your licence ends automatically if you breach these terms. You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Ankara courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
