2. Scope

These terms apply to Pro purchases made with a device code on laplayer.lafish.com.tr/en/pro (Turkish: laplayer.lafish.com.tr/pro) for the Samsung TV and desktop (Windows, macOS, Linux) apps of LA Player (a "web purchase"). The LA Player Terms of Use and Privacy Policy also apply; for a web purchase, however, the provisions in this page replace the Terms of Use provisions on store subscriptions, store payment, free trial, automatic renewal and store refunds. You accept these terms by ticking the box on the payment page.

3. The service

• The service sold is 1 year of LA Player Pro. Pro is applied only to the device whose code you entered on the payment page.
• Pro unlocks player features only (listed on the purchase page); it does not sell access to any stream or content. LA Player contains no channels, movies or series.
• If Pro is already active on the device, the new year is added to the current end date.

4. Price and payment

• You pay the amount shown on the payment page, in the currency shown there (Turkish lira, or US dollars where offered). If your card is in another currency, your bank converts it; exchange rates and any foreign transaction fees depend on your bank.
• The payment is one-time: it is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. When the period ends, the Pro granted by this purchase ends by itself.
• Payment is taken through the payment institution iyzico (İyzi Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş.) with your bank's 3D Secure check. Your card details are passed to iyzico for the payment and are never stored by us.

5. Delivery

Once your bank approves the payment and it is completed at iyzico, Pro is applied to the device immediately. The app picks it up the next time it opens or when the Pro status is refreshed (on a Samsung TV, Check Pro status in the Pro section of Settings or on the Pro screen; on a computer, the Refresh Pro status icon on the Device ID row under Settings › Pro & about). If the payment is not completed, your card is not charged and no Pro is applied. In the rare case that your bank takes the payment but it does not match your order (for example, a different amount), no Pro is applied and the amount is refunded to your card automatically; if the automatic refund fails, we refund it manually. Depending on your bank, a refund can take a few business days to appear.

6. Right of withdrawal

Pro is a digital service performed electronically and applied to the device immediately after payment. Under the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation (art. 15/1-ğ), the right of withdrawal therefore ends once performance has begun. By ticking the box on the payment page you agree that performance starts as soon as the payment is confirmed, and accept this consequence.

If you paid for a wrong device code or Pro does not show up on your device, email [email protected] with the payment date and the device code; never send card details. Your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

7. Records and personal data

For a web purchase, your personal data is processed by the seller named in section 1 as data controller:

Order record we keep	Device code, name, email, amount, order date and status, iyzico payment references and the new Pro end date.
Purposes and legal bases	Applying the payment to the device and order support (KVKK art. 5/2-c, entering into and performing a contract); invoicing and statutory bookkeeping (KVKK art. 5/2-ç, legal obligation).
Disclosure	To take the payment, your name, email, IP address, the amount and your card details are passed to iyzico; 3D Secure is performed by your bank.
Not kept	Card details are never stored by us. The order record holds no IP address; our web server's standard access logs, as for any request, contain the IP address, time and requested path.
Retention	Order records are kept for the period required by Turkish tax law (10 years).

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Ankara courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
